Kenya has become the first country in East Africa to introduce robot waiters, with a café in its capital, Nairobi, recently incorporating three "coffee robots" into its service. These automated waiters can deliver orders to customers, announcing, "Your order is ready." However, they are not yet capable of taking or preparing orders, tasks that remain the responsibility of human staff. Nairobi, often referred to as "Silicon Savannah," is home to a flourishing tech industry and serves as a model tech hub for the region.
